Who we are?
Austrians in New York was established in 2007 to foster a connection among Austrians and “Herzensösterreicher” living in New York. We facilitate recurring forums for members to meet and interact with one another.
We offer a variety of events including monthly social meetups and networking events. We assist each other through various stages of life: whether you’re fresh off the boat in New York and need advice on how to figure out the subway system, you’re a student or young professional and need career advice or business referrals, or you’re just visiting for a short period of time and need help finding an apartment.
We have a very active facebook group that we’d love you to be a part of! In this group, you can ask questions about life in New York or anything else.
